FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to woodwork, particularly, to mixers for production of cement wood. Device for mixing of wood particles with binder comprises cylindrical housing with loading and unloading openings, vaned mixing mechanism and drive. Device housing is composed of vertical hollow cylinder. Rotary support is mounted at cylinder top base. Toothed rim is arranged at rotary support fixed ring. Rotary support moving ring accommodates plate with shafts in bearings. One free end of every shaft gears are fitted to engage with toothed rim. Vanes are fitted on opposite end of every shaft. Central shaft is secured at plate centre and engaged with taper reduction gearbox. Motor is fitted at reduction gearbox input shaft. Reduction gearbox output shaft is engaged via belt gear with the screw. The latter is arranged at housing bottom base.EFFECT: higher quality of mixing.2 dwg
