A method of surgical treatment of spondylolysis spondylolisthesis is based on front extraperitoneal approach to the affected spinal segment, partial resection of the interbody disc with formation therein of a figure groove and introduction of the implant in the groove, followed by diaplasis and fixation of a displaced vertebra. As the implant are used compounds superposed and able to move between each other of two plate elements, upper and lower, the upper element is fixed on the upper vertebra and the bottom element is fixed at lower vertebra.
