The room for the person on duty at the entrance (concierge), who is the operator of the corporate call centre, in addition to the standard communication network terminal, is fitted with a digital notification processing unit configured to input and display data, an automatic redialling device and a unit for recording and storing reference data. The internal radio network of such a call centre is distinguished from standard wire and cellular communication networks by high resistance to jamming.
