The present invention relates to a photoalignment apparatus using pulse UV, capable of performing the photoalignment of a liquid crystal by emitting the pulse UV to an alignment layer. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is the photoalignment apparatus using the pulse UV which includes a chamber, a lamp which is installed on the upper side of the chamber and emits UV beams, a stage which is formed on the lower side of the chamber and receives a substrate with the alignment layer on the surface thereof, and a polarizer which is detachably installed between the stage and the lamp.
