<p>Disclosed is a fastening guarantee system for vehicle assembly. The fastening guarantee system for vehicle assembly disclosed herein is used to manage fastening histories of fastening components fastened at a plurality of fastening points (P1 to Pn) of a fastening object, including i) a tool detection unit that is disposed at a fastening tool for fastening the fastening components on the fastening object and detects a displacement of movement and an angle of the fastening tool with respect to the fastening points based on a starting point of the fastening tool; ii) a tool controller that receives a fastening completion signal of the fastening tool with respect to the respective fastening points and transmits values of the displacement of movement, the angle, and fastening for each fastening point of the fastening tool detected by the tool detection unit; and iii) a main controller that determines a fastening operation pattern with respect to the fastening points based on the value of the displacement of movement of the fastening tool obtained by the tool controller.</p> |
