PURPOSE:To simplify a circuit constitution by making concatenation connection of rectifier circuits of plural number pieces and by adding a counter output for change over of an electrical power converting device performing a continuous controlling and ''on'', ''off'' controlling to ''on'', ''off'' control units after a code conversion.
