摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a flywheel energy storage system utilizing surplus electric energy, composed of a renewable energy generator using wind or solar energy; a controller to directly supply the electric energy to KEPCO if the voltage of the renewable energy generator is more than regulations, and to supply the electric energy to a flywheel reproducing section if the voltage thereof is less than the regulations; and the flywheel reproducing section which receives the electric energy from the controller and is connected with the generator, wherein the flywheel reproducing section consists of a plurality of motor units for individual operations through a sequential operation means on the inside of a casing, thereby driving a shaft with one or more motor units.</p>
