The present invention relates to a composition containing a mixed extract of Polygonatum odoratum, corn silk, germinated brown rice, and pine needles for preventing and treating diabetes. The present provides a method for growing Phellinus linteus comprising: a first process for preparing spawns from mycelia of Phellinus linteus; a second process for preparing a vanadium culture medium as a material for growth of the Phellinus linteus by filling a culture ware with fermented vanadium water as a main ingredient of the culture medium; a third process for sterilizing a culture medium by sterilizing the culture ware accommodating the vanadium culture medium; a fourth process for fermenting the vanadium culture medium; a fifth process for inoculating spawns prepared in the sterilized and fermented vanadium culture medium; and a sixth process for cultivating Phellinus linteus containing vanadium by culturing the spawns inoculated on the culture ware under a certain condition and arranging the culture ware on a culture bed so as to grow the Phellinus linteus containing vanadium. The Phellinus linteus containing vanadium has powerful anticancer effect and enhances the body′s immunity as well as contains an active ingredient effective against cancer promoting the production of cytokines such as interleukins and interferons, thereby being more effective against cancer compared to the existing Phellinus linteus. |
