SOLID BIOMASS COMPRISING MOLSSES AND METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to wood composite biomass including molasses and to a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of wood composite biomass comprises a paste forming step of forming paste by mixing wood powder or peat powder, and a molasses diluted solution; a drying step of drying the formed paste at 80-250 degrees; and a carbonization step of carbonizing the dried paste by pyrolyzing at 200-300 degrees. As such, the wood composite biomass including molasses of the present invention includes more carbons than the wood composite biomass without including molasses, and thus, has high heating values. Furthermore, the wood composite biomass including molasses of the present invention has excellent hydrophobicity, thereby re-adhering less moisture, and reducing transportation costs and re-drying costs.
