PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an industrial property right for which no right is established and an application is made, to be interactively traded.SOLUTION: An industrial property right utilization system 1 includes: an intellectual property registration server 2 possessed by a party other than the Patent Office; and a proprietor terminal 3 and a use applicant terminal 4 each connected to the intellectual property registration server 2 via public communication channel. The intellectual property registration server 2 manages intellectual property information about an industrial property right for which an application is made to the Patent Office by an applicant. The proprietor terminal 3 is a terminal used by the applicant, and solicits a person hoping to receive assignment or license of the applied industrial property right. The use applicant terminal 4 is a terminal used by a use applicant of the applied industrial property right, and applies for assignment or license of the industrial property right. An evaluator terminal 5 evaluates the value of the applied industrial property right. |
