Provided is a crystal oscillation device in which changes in oscillation frequencies as well as electrical or mechanical connection part breakages, etc., due to impacts from falls or the like can be suppressed without giving rise to increases in crystal impedance. In a crystal oscillation device (1), a crystal oscillator (7) is mounted upon a substrate (2) as a package by first and second conductive bonding layers (5, 6). In plan view, the first and second conductive bonding layers (5, 6) each have: a) a plane shape wherein two circles or ellipses partially overlap; b) two conductive bonding layer parts which are isolated from one another; or c) a major axis, and an aspect ratio which is the ratio between the maximum dimension in the major axis and the maximum dimension in the minor axis which is orthogonal to the maximum dimension in the major axis is 1.5-3.0. |
