<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor capable of increasing the number of revolutions by reducing stress concentration generated in a laminated core, and to provide a motor including such a rotor.SOLUTION: A squirrel-cage rotor comprises: a laminated core provided on the outer periphery of a rotating shaft; and a plurality of slots formed in the circumferential direction of the laminated core at a predetermined interval. Cross-sectional shape of each slot has an inner peripheral edge and an outer peripheral edge extending in the circumferential direction so as to face each other, and first and second side parts extending in the radial direction so as to face each other. The inner peripheral edge has a radius of curvature larger than that at the inner peripheral side corner of a slot. The outer peripheral edge has a radius of curvature larger than that at the outer peripheral side corner of a slot.</p> |
