A transflective liquid crystal display panel, a display device and an array substrate. The display panel comprises: a first substrate (2); a second substrate (10) arranged opposite to the first substrate (2); and a liquid crystal layer (7) arranged between the first substrate (2) and the second substrate (10), wherein a transmission region and a reflection region are comprised between the first substrate (2) and the second substrate (10); the liquid crystal box thickness of the transmission region is not equal to that of the reflection region; a first coverage layer (5) is arranged on the part of the first substrate which corresponds to the reflection region and is close to the side surface of the liquid crystal layer; a pixel electrode (8) with an integral structure is arranged on the part of the second substrate (10) corresponding to the transmission region and the part thereof corresponding to the reflection region; a second common electrode (12) with a slit structure is arranged on the part of the second substrate (10) which corresponds to the transmission region and is located above the pixel electrode (8) close to the side surface of the liquid crystal layer, and an insulation layer (13) is provided between the pixel electrode (8) and the second common electrode (12). The transflective liquid crystal display panel can realize wide visual angle and high contrast.
