1. A method for operating a computer system, the method comprising:
accessing business operational performance data corresponding to each of a plurality of workers; calculating a value corresponding to each of one or more metrics for each of the plurality of workers, using the business operational performance data; for each of the plurality of workers, comparing the value corresponding to each of the one or more metrics to one or more respective thresholds; automatically assigning training to members of the plurality of workers, based upon the comparisons; and tracking enrollment, progress, and completion of assigned training by the plurality of workers.
