PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game control device which allows a user to effectively use effects on a game based on of combinations of objects, a game control method, a program and a game system.SOLUTION: A game control device comprises: setting means 55 which sets a group including objects selected from a plurality of objects; notification means 56 which notifies of a first item on a game for which a first condition related to a combination of the plurality of objects is associatively indicated; and first effect generation means 57 which generates a first effect on the game when the first item is notified and the combination of the objects included in the group satisfies the first condition.
