<p>The present invention relates to a method for preparing a beverage using black onions and, more specifically, to a method for preparing a beverage using black onions which is shown greater preference by removing the spicy taste and smell of onions, comprising a process of obtaining the mixture solution by mixing 20-30 parts by weight of black onions, 2-5 parts by weight of skins of onions with 2-5 parts by weight of Cinnamomum loureirii for 100 parts by weight of purified water, and then heating the same between 100 and 120°C for 4-6 hours.</p> |
