<p>The present invention relates to a structure and a production method of an air conditioning duct for a vehicle, wherein the air conditioning duct for a vehicle comprises: a first sheet: a second sheet forming a hollow between both ends of the cross section thereof in company with the first sheet when the ends are bonded to the first sheet; and an insert member having a supporting part touching the inner surface of the hollow formed by the first and the second sheet, and having a mounting part inserted between one touching ends of the first and the second sheet. Therefore, according to the present invention, the structure and the production method of the air conditioning duct for a vehicle are capable of molding the duct with high stiffness, are capable of reducing more than or equal to 10% of the duct compared with an existing duct molded by a blow molding method as a representative molding method of the existing duct, and are capable of obtaining a thermal insulation effect by forming an air layer in a form duct.</p> |
