摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radiation image of high picture quality which has an artifact reduced.SOLUTION: There is provided a radiation imaging apparatus including a storage part which converts a radiation into an electric signal and stores the electric signal and an output part which samples and holds the electric signal, and outputs the electric signal as an analog signal for each pixel circuit. The radiation imaging apparatus includes a synchronous signal detection part, a control part which controls the storage part and output part so as to start exposure to the radiation at imaging intervals corresponding to a synchronizing signal and to sample and hold the electric signal an exposure time later, a selection part which selects a pixel circuit position for outputting the analog signal, and a determination part which determines whether the sum of the exposure time and an output time needed for analog signal output of all pixel circuits is larger than the imaging interval. When the sum is larger than the imaging interval, the selection is stopped and the output is stopped after the analog signal is output by the predetermined number of pixel circuits, and the storage is reset once the synchronizing signal is newly detected. The selection is restarted and the output at remaining pixel circuit positions is restarted a predetermined time after the exposure to the radiation is started and before the exposure time passes.
