摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a dimethyl carbonate manufacturing apparatus and a dimethyl carbonate manufacturing method by the oxidative carbonylation of methanol and, more specifically, to a dimethyl carbonate manufacturing apparatus and a dimethyl carbonate manufacturing method by the oxidative carbonylation of methanol capable of improving the synthesis yield of dimethyl carbonate. The present invention improves a conventional reaction system which injects methanol, carbon monoxide, oxygen, and inert gas (argon and nitrogen) at the same time into a gas phase fixed bed continuous flow reactor and provides the dimethyl carbonate manufacturing apparatus and dimethyl carbonate manufacturing method by the oxidative carbonylation of methanol capable of improving the synthesis yield of dimethyl carbonate in comparison with the conventional reaction system injecting methanol, carbon monoxide, oxygen, and inert gas (argon and nitrogen) at the same time by injecting methanol, oxygen and inert gas at the same time and separately injecting carbon monoxide into an inner space of a reactor through the improvement which changes a raw material induction line according to the reaction mechanism of dimethyl carbonate.</p>
