PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate film having (A) a light-transmitting conductive film and (B) a protective film, which is not susceptible to adhesion of etching resist dust on a surface at the protective film (B) side after the light-transmitting conductive film (A) is etched.SOLUTION: The light-transmitting conductive film (A) includes at least each one layer of (A-1) light-transmitting support layers and (A-2) light-transmitting conductive layers, in which at least one outermost layer is a light-transmitting conductive layer (A-2). At least one light-transmitting conductive layer (A-2) as the outermost layer of the light-transmitting conductive film (A) is disposed on one surface of the laminate film. The protective film (B) is disposed on the other surface of the laminate film; and the surface on the protective film (B) side shows a contact angle of 70° or more with water.
