<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate free from poor appearance by using an adhesive resin composition produced by melt-kneading, and to provide a food packaging material free from poor appearance by subjecting the laminate to solid phase air pressure molding.SOLUTION: The adhesive resin composition includes a modified ethylene-propylene-based copolymerized elastomer which is obtained by graft-polymerizing an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative to an ethylene-propylene-based copolymerized elastomer containing 5-20 wt.% of an ethylenic component by melt-kneading. An adhesive laminate comprising a thermoplastic resin layer and a resin layer having a polar group, mediated by an adhesive layer formed from the adhesive resin composition, is also provided. A molding is characterized by molding the adhesive laminate by solid phase air pressure molding.</p> |
