<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of efficiently manufacturing a tissue product coated with a liquid chemical. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of continuous sheets are laminated by a ply machine, the laminated sheets are subjected to primary coating with an aqueous chemical, and the sheets are taken up to form a secondary material roll.
