<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic master cylinder for a vehicle capable of achieving a reduction in production cost by improving processability and also to provide a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A union hole 3 is formed to have a smaller diameter than a cylinder hole 2a and is opened to a hydraulic chamber 2j by passing through a cylinder hole bottom of a cylinder body 2 in a state that the axis CL 2 of the union hole 3 is made parallel with the center axis CL1 of the cylinder hole 2a and is displaced with respect to the center axis CL1 of the cylinder hole. A female screw part 3a for threadably attaching a banjo bolt 10 is formed at the inner circumferential face of the union hole 3. A replenish passage 2m is formed at the inner circumferential face at the cylinder hole bottom side of the cylinder hole 2a to be continuous with a part of the inner circumferential face of the union hole 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
