PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover member mounting structure for a motorcycle capable of improving an outer appearance and preventing ingress of foreign matter by closing a gap between a cover member for covering a vehicle body of a motorcycle and a covered body covered with the cover member. SOLUTION: In a cover member mounting structure for mounting a cover member for covering a vehicle body of a motorcycle 10 onto the vehicle body, a grommet 33 formed of an elastic body is placed in a gap 32 between a main frame 11 as a covered body covered with a frame cover 29 as the cover member, and an edge part 29A of the frame cover 29.
