The present invention relates to a high pressure vessel which can store high pressure gas just like a fuel tank of a vehicle or a hydrogen tank of a fuel cell vehicle, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The high pressure vessel of the present invention includes: a synthetic resin liner having a main liner which has a storage space on the inside and a first sub liner in a semi-spherical type which is combined on one end of the main liner and has a first combination boss unit where a combination hole is formed on the center; a metallic nozzle boss forming a reinforcement layer which covers an outer surface of the synthetic resin liner and a flow path which is inserted and bound on the combination hole of the first combination boss unit and is for floating of fluids on the center; and a first inner compressed ring fitted and combined on an outer surface of a first inner protruding unit protruding toward the inside of the first sub liner of the first combination boss unit and compressing the first inner protruding unit to an outer surface of the inserted nozzle boss.
