PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor frame and a construction method for a foundation structure using the anchor frame, capable of reducing and simplifying construction labor, and shortening a construction period. SOLUTION: An anchor frame 1 has: a frame body 7 of a rectangular frame shape which is arranged between concrete S and a foundation bar arrangement 5 and is fixed to the concrete S by fixtures 2, and which erects and supports an anchor bolt 3 directly; adjuster bolts 9 each of which is arranged at each corner of the frame body 7 and has a lower end advancing/retreating with respect to the lower face of the frame body by rotation of the adjuster bolt; and through-holes 11 each of which is formed between the neighboring adjuster bolts 9 of the frame body 7 and into which the fixtures 2 are inserted.
