The present invention relates to a method for producing a non-fried Korean cookie and to the non-fried Korean cookie produced through the same. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: (step 1) fermenting, washing, and pulverizing glutinous rice so as to produce glutinous rice powder; (step 2) mixing the glutinous rice powder with soybean water so as to produce a mixture; (step 3) steaming, molding, and drying the mixture so as to produce a sheet; (step 4) baking the sheet by sequentially passing the sheet through electric heater heating-type first and second ovens using a conveyor belt so as to produce a Korean cookie molded product; (step 5) covering syrup on the Korean cookie molded product; and (step 6) coating garnish on the outer surface of the Korean cookie molded product covered with syrup so as to produce the non-fried Korean cookie. The non-fried Korean cookie is produced by being baked and not by being fried in oil, so storability and shelf life are extended and the intake of trans fat of can be prevented. A molding frame is not used, and the product is sequentially passed through the electric heater heating-type first and second ovens using the conveyor belt. Accordingly, syrup can be prevented from being hardened or thickened by agglomerating after being pressed by a protrusion unit. A pressing step is not performed, so the production procedure can be simplified. Also, the rate of defects is low, and mass production is possible. |
