PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing costs of a rubber-made rectangle gasket disposed between an intercooler exhibiting a rectangular shape and a surge tank containing the same. SOLUTION: This rectangle gasket 1 is a seal gasket integrally provided with a band-like base part 4 assembled along an outer wall surface of an intercooler and a lip part 5 provided along both sides of the base part 4 and closing a gap between the intercooler and the surge tank, and is formed in a straight line shape in a longitudinal direction. The rectangle gasket 1 formed in the straight line shape is assembled along an outer shape of the intercooler 2, and is used by being bent at a corner part of the intercooler 2. By providing the rectangle gasket 1 in the straight line shape, the mold of the rectangle gasket 1 is reduced in size, and the manufacturing costs is suppressed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
