PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine in which a solar battery panel of the vending machine provided with the solar battery panel can be installed, without fail, using a simple structure, while suppressing the cost. SOLUTION: The vending machine includes a solar panel 21 on a top surface; the solar panel 21 is mounted on a panel mounting base 22; a fixing part 23 is provided at the front part of the panel mounting base 22; and the fixing part 23 includes a fixing means for fixing an outer door 11 of the front surface of a vending machine body 10, in an opened state thereof from the inside of the vending machine body. The solar panel 21 can be readily installed, while suppressing the cost; the solar panel 21 can be prevented from being readily removed from the outside; and the ease of installation and anti-theft properties of the solar panel 21 can be improved.
