A NOVEL TUBULIN POLYMERIZATION INHIBITOR, AND THE SYNTHESIZING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to (E)-ethyl 2-(2-methyl-3-((2-(naphtho[2,1-b]furan-2-carbonyl)hydrazono)methyl)-1H-indol-1-yl)acetate, as a tubulin polymerization inhibitor, and a method for synthesizing the same. Since the compound of the present invention can inhibit cell mitosis and induce cell death by binding to tubulin to thereby inhibit microtubule polymerization, the compound can be used as an anticancer drug. According to the synthesis method of the present invention, the reaction is simple and the yield is 60% or more, which is very high, and thus an efficient synthetic method can be provided.
