Provided is a multi-layered ceramic electronic part which includes a ceramic body which comprises dielectric layers stacked in a thickness direction and satisfies T/W > 1.0 when width is W and thickness is T; first and second internal electrodes which are formed in the ceramic body, are separated by the dielectric layer to face each other, and are alternately exposed through both cross sections; and a first and a second external electrode which are vertically formed from both cross sections to both main surfaces of the ceramic body and are electrically connected to the first and the second internal electrodes, respectively. When the height of the ceramic body is a, and the distance from the upper end of the first and the second external electrode formed in the upper main surface of the ceramic body to the lower end of the first and the second external electrode formed in the lower main surface of the ceramic body is b, the multi-layered ceramic electronic part satisfies a range of 0.990 <= a/b < 1.
