PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle which can be ecologically driven by operating an engine brake conventionally when the engine brake should be operated in the D range, but the engine brake is prevented by a slight accelerator pedal operation from being loaded, even without switching a shift lever to a neutral position when it is desired to inertially travel the vehicle.SOLUTION: A main clutch of an automatic transmission is canceled when the automatic transmission is set to the D range, a vehicle velocity is equal to or higher than a slow-moving velocity and an accelerator pedal is depressed within a range of predetermined fine depression width from a return terminal position. |
