PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure that can connect a synthetic resin panel having a larger width than the width of a groove part of an extrusion-formed cement plate, to the extrusion-formed cement plate with simple constitution. SOLUTION: The connecting structure for connecting a wall material (200) to the synthetic resin panel (300) having the wider width than the width of the groove part (210) formed at the end of the wall material, includes a connecting member (110) inserted into the groove part of the wall material; a first vertical frame (120) fixed to the connecting member to hold one face plate of the synthetic resin panel; and a second vertical frame (130) fixed to the first vertical frame to hold the other face plate of the synthetic resin panel.
