PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily complete a segment with a bag body, to which the bag body is bonded on a job site; and to construct a tunnel while preventing a back-filling material etc. from flowing out ahead of the outside of a shield machine and flowing in ahead of the inside of the shield machine, without damaging the bag body. SOLUTION: The bag body for back-filling is bonded to an outer peripheral surface of the segment by means of an adhesive on the job site, so that the segment with the bag body can be easily completed. This makes it unnecessary to take the trouble to work the segment itself so that the bag body for back-filling can be provided, and enables the manufacturing cost of the segment itself to be kept low. Additionally, since a protective sheet material is stuck on the bag body for back-filling, the bag body for back-filling can be used without being damaged by a tail brush which is provided in the shield machine; and the bag body can be expanded by injecting the back-filling material into the bag body, so as to fill a void between the bag body and an inner surface of natural ground in the bored tunnel.
