The present invention relates to an evaluation method for public institutions. More particularly, the present invention relates to an evaluation method for public institutions which evaluates the satisfaction level of visitors in real time. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the institution includes a self-governing body. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the satisfaction is evaluated by the civils of public institutions.
