PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional shape measuring apparatus capable of providing a bright image without using illumination light of high luminance when imaging a moving measurement object by using line-like (linear) imaging areas. SOLUTION: A surface-mounting machine 100 includes: a two-dimensional image sensor 63 including line-like imaging areas 63a-63f respectively arranged in an X1 direction and extended like a line in a Y2 direction orthogonal to the X1 direction to image a component 120; an illumination part 61 for projecting pattern light G having sinusoidal light intensity distribution to the component 120 which moves in the X1 direction relatively to the two-dimensional image sensor 63; and an imaging control unit 73 which, when the two-dimensional image sensor 63 successively images an area P1 of the component 120 by using the line-like imaging areas 63a-63f, controls integration of image signals of the area P1 within an integration range d corresponding to a half of a period L of the projected pattern light G.
