PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts feeder capable of cutting down on cost and achieving a compact device. SOLUTION: The parts feeder includes: an alignment mechanism 20 having a guide part 43 and a tapered part 31 that can slide a workpiece W toward the guide part 43 in which the guide part 43 can rock in a vertical direction; a holding member 50 disposed on the front side of the guide part 43 in which a communication hole 51 that the workpiece W sliding on the guide part 43 can enter and exit in a state that the guide part 43 is rocked upward is formed; a cutting-out member 60 disposed on the front side of the holding member 50 in which a support member 61 that rocks in a vertical direction integrally with the rocking of the guide part 43, communicates with the communication hole 51 when rocked downward, and supports only one workpiece W that exits the communication hole 51, and a regulation edge face 62 that is brought into contact with the workpiece W that exits the communication hole 51 when rocked upward and regulates the exiting of the workpiece W from the communication hole 51 are formed; and an actuator 70 for rocking the guide part 43.
