The present invention relates to method of sharing information between medical information systems using smart card authentication according to an embodiment. The method comprises the following steps: compressing and converting existing medical image files to perform medical information linkage function via VHBR communication by providing an ubiquitous healthcare card system environment; using RF communication to store and search the medical image information in data in a smart card; managing access through smart card authentication for security of medical information in the smart card; and recording medical information in the smart card. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an environment of sharing information between medical information systems.
