The present invention relates to a novel crystalline tenofovir disproxil salt and a preparation method thereof. According to the present invention, the crystalline tenofovir disproxil orotate is an anhydride and is allowed to resolve pharmaceutical problems caused by physical and chemical properties of tenofovir disproxil fumarate, and has excellent physical and chemical properties to be pharmaceutically used. The crystalline tenofovir disproxil orotate of the present invention has the same optical stability as the tenofovir disproxil fumarate is highly stable in harsh conditions with no corrosion, and is not harmful to the human body; leading to stability when manufactured, and useful of mass production with ease of handling.
