The present invention relates to a spray device capable of controlling an injection direction and injection quantity of food waste water in an incineration system, which can perform complete combustion of the food waste water course and greatly improve the combustion efficiency by coupling a body to an end part of an inflow tube to which the food waste water flows and an air supply pipe in which compressed air flows, by forming a coupling portion with a predetermined depth on one side of an injection cap to be installed by the body and a fixing nut, and by rotating a rotary body of an injection control means to be mounted in the coupling portion to easily adjust the injection amount of the food waste water depending on the thermal incinerator. The spray device can perform complete combustion by rotating the rotary body of the injection adjusting means, by blocking some injection holes, and by spraying in a radial direction when injection pressure of the food waste water is increased.
