<p>PURPOSE: A method for preparing sea algae-derived saccharification liquid using an ion liquid and a method for manufacturing bio fuel are provided to suppress or minimize the generation of 5-HMF(5-hydroxymethylfurfural) and to lower processing costs. CONSTITUTION: A saccharification liquid is prepared by treating acidic ion liquid to polysaccharide extracted from sea algae. The acidic ion liquid is imidzolium, phosphonium, ammonium, morpholinium, or choline. The polysaccharide is gelidium jelly, starch, carrageenan, alginic acid, or cellulose. The sea algae are large seaweed or microalgae. The monosaccharide is galactose, galactose derivative, 3,6-anhydro galactose, glucose, fucose, rhamnose, xylose, or mannose. A method for manufacturing biofuel comprises: a step of treating acidic ion liquid catalyst to polysaccharide extracted from sea algae to obtain monosaccharide; and a step of fermenting the monosaccharide using microorganisms. The biofuel is C1-C4 alcohol or C2-C4 ketone.</p> |
