The present invention provides an automatic food production apparatus including a rotating unit that is disposed to be rotatable in a main body; a heating unit that is disposed in the main body and heats the rotating unit to a set heating temperature; an accommodation ring loading unit that loads an accommodation ring, where an accommodation hole for food material accommodation is formed, on the first arrangement path; a material injection unit that is disposed in the main body to be arranged on a material injection position set in the first arrangement path and injects the food material at a set amount into the accommodation hole of the accommodation ring which is loaded on the first arrangement path and is moved to the material injection position by rotation operation of the rotating unit; a reversing unit that is disposed in the main body to form a set distance from the material injection position and reverses the accommodation ring positioned at the reversal position and positions the accommodation ring on the second arrangement path when the accommodation ring for food material injection is moved to and positioned at the reversal position set on the first arrangement path; a pattern forming unit that is disposed in the main body to be apart from the reversal position and press-forms a predetermined pattern on the food material injected in the accommodation hole when the reversed accommodation ring is moved to and positioned at a pattern forming position set on the second arrangement path; and a food discharge unit that separates and discharges the pattern-formed food material from the accommodation ring when the pattern-formed food material is moved to a discharge position along the second arrangement path. |
