<p>According to an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention relates to an apparatus for connecting strips to which a technology used for a continuous processed such as a rolling process in an ironworks is applied. The apparatus connects end portions of the strips during a whole strip moving and jogging process after cutting the strips for replacement, repair of rolls and so on. The apparatus includes: an upper plate and a lower plate which are place apart from each other and are located to face each other; and one or more upper holders and lower holders which are contained in a lower part of the upper plate and in an upper part of the lower plate, respectively, and can fixate the strip inserted between the upper plate and the lower plate.</p> |
