<p>The present invention relates to an ultrahigh early strength cement concrete composition which includes 4-30 wt% of a rapidly hardening binder, 25-65 wt% of fine aggregates, 20-60 wt% of coarse aggregates, 0.1-15 wt% of water, and 0.01-15 wt% of a polymer admixture agent, wherein the rapidly hardening binder is a coupling agent that realizes strength at a material age of 12 hours and generally includes 20-55 wt% of Portland cement, 5-40 wt% of calcium or magnesium sulfoaluminate, 0.1-25 wt% of aluminate, 0.01-20 wt% of plaster, 0.01-20 wt% of blast furnace slag, 0.01-20 wt% of fly ash, 0.01-10 wt% of aluminum hydroxide, and 0.01-10 wt% of barium sulfate, wherein the polymer admixture agent includes 50-99 wt% of methyl methacrylate, 0.1-25 wt% of styrene, 0.1-15 wt% of butyl acrylate, 0.01-10 wt% of polyethylene propylene, 0.01-10 wt% of itaconic acid, 0.01-10 wt% of sodium persulfate, and 0.01-10 wt% of process oil, to a method for manufacturing the same, and to a method for maintaining and repairing a concrete structure using the composition. The present invention can improve work efficiency of concrete and improve durability of concrete, and in particular, can reduce defects of concrete by improving bending strength, tensile strength, initial strength, long-term strength, resistance to chloride attack, and resistance to freezing and thawing.</p> |
