摘要 <p>The present invention relates to carbon nanotube electrodes and is technically characterized by providing a method for producing carbon nanotube electrodes by post-thermal oxidation, comprising: a first step of mixing a carbon nanotube powder and a deflocculator with a solvent to produce a carbon nanotube dispersion solution; a second step of coating a substrate with the dispersion solution of the first step or transferring the dispersion solution to the substrate; and a third step of post treating the sample prepared in the second step at the temperature of 250-550°C under the oxygen atmosphere with heat and more desirably further comprising a second post-heat treatment step of drying the sample passed through the third step at a temperature of 20-150°C in a vacuum. The oxygen atmosphere of the first post-heat treatment in the third step is made in one or two oxygen supply environment of being in air, separate oxygen gas injection or the oxidation of polymers like polycarbonate. The carbon nanotube film formed on the substrate has the thickness of less than 0.5μm. In the present invention, the surface of an electrode is oxidized through the post-heat treatment, thereby remarkably improving the hydrophilicity of the electrode surface, enhancing the interaction with ions in an organic electrolyte, and shortening the reaction time consumed in the reduction reaction of the electron transfer at the interface with the electrolyte and the interface resistance to improve the electron transfer performance.</p>
