The present invention relates to a film perforation apparatus which includes a film supplier supplying a film; a film winder winding the conveyed film; and a film perforator installed between the film supplier and the film winder to form a micro air vent at the moving film, wherein the film perforator includes a guide roller unit supporting one surface of the film; and a perforating roller unit having a plurality of micro cutter pins having a cutting blade to perforate perforate the moving film.
