The present invention relates to a shift lever of a transmission for a vehicle, including: a shaft formed with a spline protrusion on one end; a lever formed with a spline groove facing the spline projection on the one end and spline-connected to the shaft; and a fastening member coupled near the spline groove of the shaft to support the shaft not to be separated from the lever, wherein the shaft and the lever are coupled to be able to adjust the angle of the shaft and the lever to suit a layout of a vehicle depending on the position of the spline projection and the spline groove.
