The present invention is to provide a system and a method for controlling lights in a parking space using a one-pass tag, which enable a user to recognize parking area information more easily and can inform the user of an emergency more quickly by guiding the parking area and notifying the user of a fire and emergency using the lights in the parking space. According to the present invention, the system for controlling lights in a parking space using a one-pass tag includes: the one-pass tag which transmits one among a vehicle signal, a parking signal, and an emergency signal along with a unique code number; a location recognizer which transmits one among a vehicle signal in a vehicle parking area, a parking signal in a vehicle location check area, and an emergency signal transmitted along with the unique code number of the one-pass tag together with a device′s unique code number; a location recognition server which generates each area information from a unique code number of the location recognizer that has transmitted one among the vehicle signal, the parking signal, and the emergency signal; a parking space management server which generates the area information received from the location recognition server into any one among vehicle parking area information, family member area information, and emergency area information; a light control server which receives one of the vehicle parking area information, the family member area information, and the emergency area information, and controls the operations of the lights with a relevant program module; and an integrated complex management server which stores the parking area information transmitted from the location recognition server as family member information corresponding to the unique code number of the one-pass tag.
