The present invention provides cyclo ACP-RGDK obtained by inserting ACH between lysine in cyclo RGDK peptides (cyclo Arg-Gly-Asp-Lys) known as having selectivity for cancer cells and aspartic acid by a peptide bond; a novel MRI contrast medium compound obtained by a coordinate bond of cyclo ACP-RGDK passing through ligands and Gd; a manufacturing middle agent of the novel compound; a manufacturing method thereof; and an MRI contrast medium comprising the novel compound.
