<p>PURPOSE: An indocyanin green-hyalruronic acid nanohydrogel probe is provided to overcome defects which are the low stability of existing indocyanin green about outside light and a decrease in vivo stability and facilitate target imaging about a certain cancer cell overexpressing hyaluronidase. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of hyaluronic acid nanohydrogel encapsulating indocyanin green comprises: a step of substituting an amine group for a carboxylic group of hyaluronic acid in an aqueous solution; and a step of manufacturing hyaluronic acid nanohydrogel encapsulating indocyanin green by reacting the amine group of the substituted hyaluronic acid with the indocyanin green. In the indocyanin green-hyaluronic acid nanohydrogel, the indocyanin green and the hyaluronic acid are chemically connected and the indocyanin green is encapsulated in the hyaluronic acid. An imaging probe for a clinical diagnosis contains the nanohydrogel.</p> |
